I purchased one digital book for $9.99. Of course this is one of those awful purchases where you have to click through about ten pages of other offers just to check out. I picked “no” for each additional offer. Then I was charged $29.99 for an additional book that I did not agree too. I tried to get a refund and couldn’t even get anyone. Then I found out today that they have been charging me $24.90/month for some bogus subscription that I never agreed to, never received any email confirmation of, and never even got anything about. Furthermore, that charge goes to some shell company called “themonderaofferstore.com” and I was only able to get in touch with them by the phone number listed on the BBB. It’s one huge scam!stay far far away. Also - the “digital books” (if you can call dozens of separate PDF files that) are really horribly formatted and super lame. Supposedly you’re getting multiple actual digital books - they’re really just a bunch of PDF files that are basically one chapter each and I received a lot of duplicates. The format is terrible and doesn’t read well on my kindle. There are no covers for them so they just look like dozens of PDF’s bogging down my kindle library. I sincerely regret ever finding this company and I will likely never download anything digital form anyone but Kindle again after this experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! They’re making money off of scamming people.

I was charged on my debit card today and I never signed up for this subscription. I don't even remember purchasing anything from this website. I would like a refund immediately!!! I was charged once for one ebook that they claimed was a handbook months ago and they charged me $25 instead of 9.99. Then charged my card again from another site today for 24.90 COMPLETELY A BIG SCAM!!

Ordered what they advertise as a physical book for $9.90. Went through all the extra stuff they try to sell you clicking "no thanks". They charged me another $29.97 for 75 more books. Turns out they were all ebooks, even though there was no mention of ebooks or choice given between ebooks or physical books. I emailed immediately to get a "guaranteed" refund. Was told because they sent the links for the ebooks, They could not give a refund. For more money they would ship physical books. I said they weren't getting anymore money from me. Then on July 21st, this same company charged my card another $24.90 and I received nothing for it. When trying to contact them to find out why, I received no response. I have tried several times emailing and calling the number that shows for them on my bank statement. They are a total rip off using 2 names. Varietionline.com and bookslibraryworld

Complete scam, lied about their product, wouldn't honor their money back guarantee on purchase page, double charged, and had no customer support. Everything about this company is the worst. I wish I could give negative stars.

I ordered these books and never received them!!!! I would love a refund or send me my books!!! I would not give them any stars!!!

Ordered the canning books for 4.99. Well, attempted. It was to include two books of herbal remedies. However, there was about 7+ continuing pages before submitting on "Do you want this?" Or " Do you want that?" added on afterwards. If you didn't take the initial offer, they slashed it to 9.99. I clicked "No thanks" each time when I could find it, as they did a good job hiding it, making the add on button easier to click on. Afterwards, I find the 4.99 charge, which is fine, that's what I wanted, but then also charged another "29.97" for something I didn't want. Disputing and filing with FTC for deceptive marketing.

I saw their add in facebook for the book of remedies for $9 after cashing out there's another offer for $19.99 for another set of book but they charged twice on credit card. I email them seems email they have in website is invalid. I called my bank they said i had to contact the merchant first the problem is they don't have a customer service line when i sent an email the email address says invalid email add. That's what it shows in website i just copy and paste the whole email add nothing it's frustrating 😑
