A great service
A great service! Customer service is prompt when responding. There are only two areas which desperately need improvement. 1) Some of the vendors are cramming the comments area (with either really poor AI or their own employees unimaginative and nearly identical) five star reviews. (Looking at you Booksrun). 2) They need to improve the vetting on requirements from some of the shiftier vendors. Some have an artificially low "buyback" theshold, ie $15 dollars, but when you connect with them, you need to pay shipping unless you have say $30 dollars worth. Yet they pay next to nothing in the first place. Another vendor will pay you, but only in gift cards!!! Unless you give them 6%. No dice Nigerian Prince. SUPER SHIFTY.. Bookscouter themselves have proven over and over that they are a great, legitimate source.
