I sent my manuscript with payment. Payment system was not functioning and it didn't complete the transaction. The company has my IP and manuscript. I am truly concerned with their business practices. The CFO indicated that he would fix the issue and he never responded with and email that he was going to send to me---Never happened. Also the website phone number is not in service. This is truly disturbing! Be Aware of fraud!
