BookOutdoorsReviews of bookoutdoors.com

Kept me both in the loop and in control during the booking process.

Easy to navigate the site to book our RV destination. Appreciate the follow-up emails and two-way communication.

First time I've used Bookoutdoors.com and the experience was satisfying. They kept me informed though the whole process of booking a reservation. They answered my questions in a timely matter. They also clear up some confusion on an address that I had.

The site let me book 2 nights even though there was a 3 night minimum which wasn’t listed. It was cancelled & I booked 3 nights. I didn’t see a place for the Good Sam discount either. The CEO emailed me concerned about this & offered to credit me the 10% discount too. I consider this excellent customer service. Thanks

I was not having any luck finding a reasonably priced campground so we could have a trial run with our new travel trailer. The campground we chose did not show up on other searches even though it had very good ratings.

It was very easy and fast experience thank you very much

Easy website to use! I can’t believe I was able to find a listing on a holiday. Customer service quickly credited me due to a minor error. I will be frequenting this site!

Easy to navigate site and was able to find some great camping spots for now and future visits. Had to make a change to a reservation and the customer service team was friendly and quick to respond to my needs. Bookmarked site to use again soon!
