Booklets PrintReviews of bookletsprint.com

I had a time crunch on getting these booklets done, as a surprise gift to my mother. The file I sent was not the "usual file", but Alex came to my rescue! He broke it down for me, fixed it page by page, changed the things I requested here and there...and after SO many revisions at my request, he got me my perfect proof in less than 1 day! They also followed up with me constantly to make sure the proof is to my satisfaction. Needless to say, they are hands-down the best service for printing needs! I will continue to use BOOKLETS PRINT for my yearly reprints! THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX! YOU ARE AMAZING AND REALLY APPRECIATED!

Jean-Baptiste and Alex were most helpful during the process. Shipping was quick and we are very satisfied with the final product. THANK YOU!

They have been very helpful from start to finish. One of the best print experiences I've ever gotten. Great team.

I'm normally not one to leave reviews, but I was so blown away with the service and product I received that I had to! First of all, this was my first time ever designing and having a catalog printed. I had designed brochures and such previously at my job and did not have good experiences, so to say I was nervous is to say the least. Nevertheless, I ordered sample packs from multiple companies, and when it was finally time to order the catalogs my boss and I decided to take a chance with Booklets Print. I am not disappointed! I sent in my PDF, and a real person sent me an email letting me know things needed to be fixed. I am very thankful for their patience over the next two days, as they helped me get image resolutions and placements/margins corrected. Then it was off to the presses! I approved the Soft-Proof on the 19th and by the 26th I had 1,000 perfect copies in my office! They printed beautifully and I'm forever grateful with Alex (the PrePress Operator) for helping me get it right! As long as I work here, my company will order our catalogs from you guys!

I received exceptional service and everyone there was extremely patient and responsive.

Customer Service was Great-Alex did a superb job handling the project so I would get it on time.

I had quality product in less than a week and they performed many revisions quickly and easily. Much easier than dealing with my crazy Clients.
