Leading up to the event I was nervous because I was communicating with someone online and I usually have the instructor's name and contact info and deal directly with them while planning the event but everything was perfect. I received the instructors name days before the event and was able to finalize a few details. She was great!

My teammates and I had a fantastic experience doing the Count Dracula Escape Room. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they wove a little team building lingo into their wrap up. The interaction with the escape room was a lot of fun. The challenges were just challenging enough to be fun but not so hard that you felt defeated. There were also plenty of hints if you got stuck. Overall, great experience - would do it again!

I coordinated a corporate event across four days, and it can get a bit chaotic being the middleman. Nina was patient and quick to respond to emails filled with questions. The chat team was awesome in that way as well. Leading up to the event I probably had a question every day and they were quick to offer resolution. The kit came at the perfect time for the event. They were well-packaged and included everything we needed. Nicole the Plant Lady is a vibrant, fun, and engaging host. She welcomed questions and entertained the group chatter. Nicole was great at getting the group back on track (because we can talk a lot!). I would definitely recommend booking an event! The overall experience was fun. I would love to do another event in the future. Thank you to the entire team for such attentive and superior customer service!!
