Straight-up scam. I purchased a book cover for my novel. The company charged me. It has been one month, and I still cannot download the purchased product. I reached out to customer service. Was told they are on party mode and have had no resolution since. I demanded a refund. Crickets from company with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
