This company is not worthy of even 1 star. Do not use them. You are better off calling the hotel's 1800 number or call hotel directly. They charged me a ridiculous "service fee", their rates were higher than the hotel, when I told them i wanted to cancel, which was in the same 20 min conversation - they told me the hotel had a "non refundable" cancellation policy which was completely false because I spoke to the hotel manger. In the end I did not get charged because I had to get the hotel and my cc company involved. Just don't use them - not worth the aggravation !

Booked a room in valemount bc for 3 days end up noticing these crooks charged me over a 100 dollars more for 3 nights in hotel and wouldn’t price match or refund... don’t know why this site and the people operating it are still allowed to go on ... poor service rude people inconsistent with following there own policies.

Do not use this site! They misrepresent hotels and their conditions. Beware of their cancellation policies. We had a very bad experience when we booked a hotel for 3 nights, got to the hotel late so stayed one night, tried to cancel for the other 2 nights because the room and hotel were awful and they would not cancel the balance of our reservation! Neither would Red Roof. So we left anyhow and had to pay for a new hotel as well as the dump (that was rated so highly by Bookaroom.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BOOK A ROOM! These scam artist!! They took money out of my bank as soon as I made the reservation. I’ve never seen that done. The bill at the hotel was $514. They charged me $678 for booking services. Thieves is all I can say. I’m reporting them to the BBB in my state. Also calling the District Attorneys office. Hope they get caught and get in trouble.

Stay away from this company. I booked a room in Marysville and wanted Washington. The confirmation email stated Marysville, no state. When I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Marysville they advised me I didn’t have a reservation and told me this happens all the time because this company books Ohio vs Washington on a regular basis and the website is so crappy. Staff in The Holiday Inn in Washington had the phone number at hand as this happens regularly. I called and asked the customer service rep to please apply my $468 to Marysville Washington. She flat out refused and told me I could go to Holiday Inn Express in Ohio. For reference it is over 2000 miles and 36 hours travel time. She refused to refund the money or transfer it so I am essentially out $468 with no recourse. This was an honest mistake on my part and I have no doubt they accepted duplicate funds to re-rent the room and showed me as no show. The staff in Marysville Washington were very kind and did what they could and they were shocked at the treatment I received.

This company is basically a travel agency that will book a hotel for you. We of course had no idea until we saw the $186+ difference which is tax and fees. The confirmation does not break down any fees they just put everything on tax which is very misleading to say the least. Our conformation stated, $330.01 with a tax of $127.68 That equates to a 38.69% tax rate..... Guess what? these guys need a lengthy prison sentence while paying back all the victims. "Sounds like a job for a few state Attorney general's" I'll send a letter to mine and I recommend everyone else does as well.

Snakes and thieves. They quoted me 104$ for a room at Marriot. they charged me 160.17. The marriot hotel graciously let this horrible company out of their cancelation fee so I could begin the process of having 160.17 refunded. They misrepresented themselves as Marriot hotels, when I mistakenly was taken to their site. They told me I would receive a email confirming the refund which I have not. My credit card is still charged 160. 17 and I am forced to start a charge back with my bank. Miserable deceitful liars Bonnie F Marriot is awesome. I got a room for 88$
