I would have chosen zero if it were a choice. I booked a room thinking it was through Ceasar and it turned to be through bookaroom.com. COVID outbreak and health concerns had me cancel the reservation today and they charged me $180 cancellation fee even though I did it at 10 am Monday and my travel is Wednesday evening. I called the hotel and they indicated that they would have given me a full refund. This website is a terrible site, make sure before you book a hotel that it is the site you intended to be at and not some scam website that is getting a benefit.

My family was affected by COVID and in effort to be responsible we decided to postpone our stay. All I can say is deplorable customer service! Complied with everything requested in effort to change a reservation to include hotel management documenting and approveing authorization to make the change. Worked with different customer service attendants from “Get a Room” for three consecutive days. Changes were never made and was billed cost of the room for the initial reservation. They refused to make the change nor would they give a refund. Make sure you are dealing with the actual hotel instead of a unprofessional third party like this.

We booked a room at the Microtel hotel in Springfield, Illinois. We thought we were directly booking a room with the hotel but Bookaroom made their website look like the hotel website so we were duped into booking a room with Bookaroom. Our travel plans changed due to COVID restrictions and US-Canada border crossings. We called Bookaroom 24 hours before we were to stay at the hotel. It was difficult to reach the operators at Bookaroom, we called several times, they were rude to me, one operator hung up on me and they said they would have a Manager call me back to discuss our situation but no one ever got back to me. We also directly called the Hotel and they cancelled our room before the 6pm deadline (the day we were supposed to arrive) and the hotel front desk at the hotel said Bookaroom should not charge us for the room. Bookaroom refused to honor this cancellation and took our $163. Never use this website. Make sure when you think you are booking directly with the hotel that it is not Bookaroom. Their operators are in the Philippines and when you try to ask who you are speaking with, their operators will not tell you that they are with Bookaroom, they try to dupe you into thinking you are dealing with directly with the hotel and they will also try to get you to book another room to scam you once more. We had a terrible experience and we will tell all of our friends never ever to use this service and to be extra careful when booking rooms online to make sure Bookaroom does not try to fool us or anyone we know into thinking they are directly dealing with the hotel itself.

I would not even give this company 1 star but it was the only way I could write a review. You should know that the Raddison uses this sham of a place to book reservations for them. You are led to believe that you are getting a special price such as a room for 127.00 as soon as you pay, you notice the charge is 202.00. You call the Raddison only to be connected to who you soon discover is a 3rd party Bookaroom.com. You state the case and they respond like robots and tell you that you had the chance to see all of the charges before you paid. THIS IS A BOLD FACE LIE. No matter what you say, you are stuck and they also tell you that you cannot cancel the reservation.

They are CROOKS - do not use!!!! Although i use the term “use” loosely, because you don’t think you are in their site. Somehow, they make you think you are on Hilton’s website...show you all the room choices, and the rate (which was the Hilton online rate), when you book it still shows the rate...I entered all my info and then get a confirmation from Guestreservations dot com/hotelvalues dot com for $207.48 - with “taxes and charges” - 50% more!! So I call the 800 number and get “Greg” - who tells me the company is actually “BookaRoom” and offers me a 10% discount. When I say I want it refunded in full he tells me that the hotel’s policy is no cancellations - WRONG!! It’s right on the real Hilton website they do offer free changes and cancellations. I told him I would dispute it with my bank and report to the State Attorney General and BBB - which I will...he didn’t care. I rebooked with the real Hilton for the $139, with taxes, the total was $158.

DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE OR CALL CENTER. I am based in canada. Tried to book a hotel in Toronto Canada and they charged me in US dollars. This is how their modus operandi works. The phones gets redirected to this call center, where they charge you in US dollars, and they don't even disclose it. You will get a surprise amount on your credit card bill.

Charge you before they even send you a confirmation. Is their customer service line even real? Sat on hold for 30+ minutes two different times. Can't get a hold of them. They don't even tell you what company they are with - just lead you to believe you are booking with the hotel chain.
