I would have given a zero star if I could. From google, I am not sure how I directed to this website. I was under impression that I am booking through hotel website. I chose hotels which has refund policy. I found out that the site took full amount, even if I chose that I will pay on the site. I tried to change my booking, thinking that I booked the hotels could be cancelled. I tried to rebook and found that cancellations are non refundable. The fees are exorbitant. Stay away if you can. I should have used expedia.

I went to book a room at Talking Stick Resort and when I went to the internet, this company popped up a like the were talking stick. When I book the room a charge of $2900 came up, so I canceled the reservation within two minutes of making the reservation and they only refunded $546.00 and kept the balance of $2400. I called them and tried to get my full refund back and they said that it was a cancelation fee. I am having to dispute this through my credit card company to get my money back. Please do not trust this company to do any of your business with. My booking number is R3809263066

I used their online booking system - carefully verifying twice that I had the correct dates - and it booked through as today! I immediately called them and the “customer service” rep said she would place me on hold and try to get the reservation corrected. After a few minutes she came back on and said no. I called the hotel directly. They said 1) no one had called about my reservation 2) since it was a third party booking, book-a-room would have to call them and make the reservation change, but 3) they did have openings and could move the reservation of book-a-room would call. I am disputing this charge on my credit card and I am reporting this company everywhere possible so no one else falls prey to their scam. Booked a room that was to be dog friendly. When we got to the hotel. There was no dog friendly room available. After numerous phone calls I realized that they were not going to accommodate my refund. So I phoned visa and told them my story. They investigated and gave me a full refund and they will now deal with them. Thank you TD VISA

paid my money and I received no confirmation. The booking was made but I couldnt check it as I did not have a confirmation number. I tried ringing the company but have not yet been able to connect. Please do not use this company

I wish I could give zero stars. I just booked a room today for 3 nights. I found out I only needed 2. I called within 20 minutes trying to cancel the 3rd night and they would not do it. Well, they said they would but the fee was a night's booking so basically I am still paying for it and they already charged my credit card. This is not the way business with hotels is done. Stay away. They are CROOKS.

This service, if you can call it that, doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I didn’t get an email receipt when I booked, so I called and they sent one to me for $437. Then they put a hold on my account for $649. When I called they told me that the extra $200+ was for a deposit which would be removed after my stay. However after my stay they charged me the full $649. When I called they said that the customer service rep had sent me an internal document and the actual charge was $649. When I asked about the information I had been given about the deposit, they said that was incorrect and that it must have been a new representative that gave out wrong info. The only remedy they would offer was a $40 refund. When I called the hotel they told me that their normal rate would have been just over $500 and that typically there is a discount with booking services. I would NEVER use this ‘service’ again! I wish I had read the reviews in advance.
