I won some money on here and I've been waiting to be verified for almost two weeks. Finally I say something to support and they say oh well you have multiple accounts. It's against our policy but you can keep the account, we're just gonna take the money from your account. I told them I don't have multiple accounts and they know that. I ask them who licenses their casino and they say we're working on that. I have photos of the conversation.

Do o really have to give a star?? This casino is absolutely bogus!! I signed up, received a welcome bonus, and played my heart out. Love the games, but that's all I can say good about this site! I ended up winning over $700 but when I tried to cash out, it said I had no money. When I asked customer service about it, I was told that I had to wager another $2,000+ dollars and that I had already wagered over $5,000!! So until I spend 2 grand that I do not have, I cannot withdraw my winnings!! What an effing joke seriously!!

Beware this site is a scam casino , when trying to withdraw when you hit banking it takes you to a sign in page when already signed in then once you sign in again it takes you to the first page you were on , and if you get to the withdraw page it asks for your number to verify but only lets you put in a non phone number format and says its invalid for instance 11111-11-111 instead of the 111-111-1111 format

Total scam site stay far away from these cheating pathetic miserable bums… I saw a deposit bonus that was a “NO RULES BONUS” meaning no rules I assumed just like every other site who runs those promos. Upon reading the description it did have a rule : no live dealer. Ok fine I can deal with that .. so it came with a super low playthru as it was a pretty low match bonus amount etc … well I tried to play black jack and tri card poker and it would not allow me to play and said they’re restricted during my promotion … well that def not as never stated I couldn’t play those games so there’s another strike but ok so be it I’ll play slots .. so I go to play a slot and end up beating the playthru on the first slot I play … I continue to play and play and play and I finally decide to cash out with 700… I then get a decline email because they also don’t mention you can’t cash out the bonus amount which in this case was 40 dollars … fine so I cancel the withdrawals and begin playing again well wouldn’t you believe that all of a sudden the games all became so incredibly cold and my winnings drained all the way down to 17 dollars .. well being the magic man I am I was able to get it back up once again to around 1000 dollars and decided to cash out before they stole it all back again with their rigged games …. Upon doing so a few mins later I get another decline email stating I played illegal games and breached the promo rules … yeah the NO RULES BONUS THAT I HAD CONQUERED ON MY FIRST GAME PLAYED I VIOLATED SOME HOW … mind you the description only said no live dealer and I played a 5 reel slot and didn’t cheat or do anything illegal and I’ll again remind you that games that the deemed not allowed I wasn’t able to play and a pop up came on the screen saying I couldn’t play due to the promo so explain to me how I was able to play a game that was prohibited and then explain why it didn’t block me out like the others and then explain to me how a no rules bonus that is supposed to have no rules is telling me I breached because I played slots that were never mentioned as being prohibited and regardless the fact that I already beat the promo on the first game and then tried to cash out 700 which I ultimately reversed and played down to like 9 dollars and then got all the way back up to 1000 which should have been a new fresh deposit considering the withdrawal was reversed I even have the screen shot from the promo that proves everything I’m telling you as fact .. bonus blitz is a scam rip off joke embarrassment of a site and I’d stay as far away as possible trust me ps Bonusblitz this is just the beginning I’m going all the way with this just like I told you I was … enjoy … you did this to yourselves you scammers cheaters crooks low life criminals bums scum bags just wait it’s on now

This is a bogus site. It took 11 days to verify documents THEN they never would accept bitcoin address. So I played $50. Got it up to $180. When I went back to cash out again it told me I had to fill out account verification forms. AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! You'll never get paid.
