I signed up with the $100 no deposit chip and sumhow managed to complete all the requirements and have $50 left over. I went to cash it out and it said I needed to verify my identity first. It asked me to upload frt & back of ID and a selfie holding the ID. 5 days later I got a response asking me to resubmit a different selfie but gave no reason why they wanted a different one. So i took another selfie and sent it in and the next day they emailed me and said that I photoshopd the photo and that my winnings were forfeit and my account now closed. I replied asking what about my selfie made them think it was altered but they have not replied. Seems obvious this is how they get out of paying u wut u r owed. Glad I didnt send them any of my actual money. Dont waste ur time with this scam of a site.

So I received free play. I won a ton. Literally, won a lot. Played it for several days. Then I decided to cash out. I surpassed the play through amount 2 fold. Then, I went to cash out and they said "oh, oops, ya played a progressive game and it clearly states in our terms and conditions" (that are 8 miles long to read and nobody has a month to decipher), and clearly not noted on their deceptive marketing coupons and bonus offers.... That somehow my withdrawal was declined. Not only that. They took my balance and wiped it to zero. I couldn't even play my balance. They swiped all that too. Don't waste time on Bonusbitz.

Well the only reason they got 1 star is that is what it took to write this review. I received a email that said 200 dollar chip to sign up no deposit required. When I signed up the 200 dollar chip went to 100 dollar chip with 50 free spins. I went to claim the promo, but it failed saying that it has already been claimed and only 1 per IP address, and thanks for understanding. This is their way to get new players. So what happened was that I had signed up at BONUSBLITZ casino and activated a no deposit bonus to try out the casino. Upon me completing their playthrough bonus (wagering approx 40x) I sent in and passed my Identity Verifications, I then went to initiate a partial withdraw only to have it pending in que, when I reached out to them I was told that a “NO DEPOSIT” BONUS requires the user A minimum “VERIFICATION DEPOSIT” of $25. Red flags for this casino are starting. Also when attempting to reach out to their support team, only to find out they don’t have a live chat agent. The chat box leads you through many loop holes just to locate a contact email. More red flags! Reading through the FAQ it stated it will be a 4-12 business days for them to verify, and release the funds. When I attempted to log in to check the withdraw status a few days later, I found out I was locked out of my account. When attempting to login it says “This login is restricted at the moment”. Contacted their Support PAUL and he said the following: Please note that the verification process takes up to 5 business days. Our banking department should come back to you via email to notify you when the process is done. Thank you for understanding.
