Although it took a while to receive my ebook, overall it’s a convenient and easy to navigate service!

Its a pretty good service, they did not have all the books I needed but I still saved more with them than any other service I've seen

Dear customer, Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders all of the deliveries and requests were delayed from 1 to 4 days. We answered you requests and fulfilled them. Please consider updating your TrustPilot review. Thank you and we look forward to hear from you again soon.

I love that they give you the ebooks in the form of PDF’s however their “instant” delivery should be more consistent. It took me 4 hours to finally receive my “instant delivery”

Bought my e-book online and received the link a couple of hours later. Definitely a very economical route!

got the email for the review before I have even gotten the code for the ebook. This is not rocket science. Should have gotten the code once the payment was made. Instead I am sitting here waiting for a code to get an ebook I need for an exam tomorrow. Next time I will pay more and just buy from Amazon so I get it quicker. So I got a response from Mokitba books. THEY pointed out they do not sell access codes they sell digital books. So let me rephrase. I got the email for the review before I got the digital book. I was waiting for the email with the link for the digital book. I got it a few minutes ago. Trying to download it now. But remember I got the email for the review on the product an hour before I got the email with the link for the digital book. So upgrading the review to 3 stars for now. Will get back once the book has been downloaded and I can read it. Finally got the book to download and everything is good now. Giving them a 4/5 review due to slow response getting book to me, and the lack of help in the beginning.

worked great, would be awesome if we could preview what the book look like just so it is easy to know if it's the right one before buying it to be more efficient.

Digital delivery was next day but well worth it, I ended up saving about $150 on my medical textbook (yes, as in one book, that’s how much this stuff costs for a text I will never open again after this semester!) I was initially a little freaked out, but it’s a legit service, expect digital delivery the next day (their FAQ says 24hrs but mine was less.)
