Bohemian MamaReviews of bohemianmama.com

I bought collectable dolls from this company and they took them out of the box making them worthless. When I emailed them to let them know they were extremely rude and the only thing they offered me was a return which wouldn’t work because their postage is worth more than the dolls themselves. I even contacted the dolls original maker and they said there should be boxes. Even after sending multiple videos and other sites showing the dolls sold in boxes they refused even a partial refund and made out as if I was stupid to even question it. The owner seems money hungry, desperate and sad. Buyer beware - a very shady company masked as a cool boho page

It is sad to have to post a negative review as I normally like to support businesses. However I purchased a hat from this website for my daughter's birthday after checking with them via email that the $25 dollar shipping fee quoted at checkout would cover all costs to the UK, they confirmed in writing this would be the total cost. A few days before her birthday I chased them to see when I could expect delivery and was told due to Covid-19 it may have been delayed. I had already taken delays into consideration when I placed the order as we are in exceptional times. I chased again 2 days later and was sent a really rude email saying quote "Emma we are extremely sorry but there's this thing called COVID that has nothing to do with us delaying shipments globally. We can't call anyone in your country. Please try your local customs office." I then wrote back and complained this was a very disrespectful way to speak to a customer and they could't just disown the product after taking payment. They replied again they could not help and suggested trying to track the hat via customs. The birthday came and went without a present and I tried to track the hat myself. Eventually I got a card from the Royal Mail asking for £29.70 Customs charge. I wrote back immediately to Bohemian Mama to query this and quoted the original email that had assured us that the $25 would be the total cost, only to be to be directed to the T&Cs on the website arguing against this. I paid the charge so my daughter could have her birthday present and in total paying £50 delivery! I am sure Bohemian Mama will write back with some legal reason they are not liable but be warned against buying from this company that has no loyalty to it's customers and will say anything to get the sale and then offer no assistance after payment has been made.
