Very inflexible with their return…
Very inflexible with their return policy, especially considering the holidays and with Covid. My Black Friday purchase for Christmas was ineligible for return by The time the holiday occurred, and zero understanding in being quarantined at the same time. I won’t be buying from them again.

Don't understand what happened to two…
Don't understand what happened to two orders of dolls. One was a gift and email said it was delivered but it was on a Sunday and I never heard from the recipient. Today I did receive info that the gift was actually received. However, for myself I ordered a different doll and email said it was delivered but it hadn't. Then the next day the clothing the doll was to be wearing arrived, but still no doll. Which makes me scared maybe the gift I sent to my friend arrived naked with no clothing. I expected both dolls to arrive with the clothing shown on your website. Tried to call but found you would not be there until 1/8/22 . So where is MY doll and was it supposed to come with clothing or what?

Hello! I have 1 order for you for a doll outfit only (56487) and 1 order for a doll only with no outfit (56422)- Can you let us know what your question is? It looks like both of your 2 orders were delivered. Dolls come with clothes sold separately which is stated in the product description.

Worst Customer Service. Period.
Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences. I attempted to process a return and this retailer denied it at every angle stating it is excluded on the product page. It is in fact not stated on the product page and other exclusions are listed. Customer Service redirected me to a different page and pointed to buried fine print. Very conflicting information. I let them know I will be disputing with my bank and Customer Service rep said they would file any chargeback with collections and negatively impact my credit score. Unreasonable, unfair, and vindictive. Find another retailer for all of your items and avoid this headache.

Hello Andrew, we are sorry you have this review of our company but your information is not in fact accurate. Yes after multiple emails regarding return policy, we noted that it is the consumers responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase, but after explaining that our return policy is NOT in fine print at all, but located in bold, listing your brand as a final sale brand on our policy page. We explained that this policy is on every single page of our website in the footer for any consumer to review before making a purchase. We also discussed how we could offer you an exception to this policy, but you admittedly used the product. Opened and fully assembled this product, rendering it not in its original or resellable condition. And based on this, we couldn’t accept the return. We feel our policy regarding used merchandise is fair and in line with most other retailers. Thank you

The absolute worst customer service…
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 10/10 would not recommend even though they carry some great items

We thought that you were happy with the offer to take it back even thought it is outside of our return policy. We made the exception for you. I would not recommend this online shop.
I would not recommend this online shop. Customer service is not good at all. I am a first time customer and placed an order during the Labor Day sale which they claimed was after a certain time frame. They would not honor it, and then mailed the items anyways and refused to send me a return label so I could return them.

Hi Natasha- We are sorry that we aren't able to ship to Hawaii cheaper. Unfortunately because of the size of the box needed to ship hats and many items to Hawaii we are forced to charge bulk shipping fees as USPS is our only option as a shipping carrier and they have raised their prices drastically since COVID. We also wish it was more affordable for both of us.
