I purchased a bitty bog bag for nearly $60. I took this with me on an outing on a warm sunny day. By the end of the day the handles warped and now they don’t stand up straight making it harder to hold and fold them down when not needed. I recommend just buying a cheaper dupe.

Since I thought I was being smart for once, I’d already gone out and bought a mountain of matching accessories—so now I’m stuck with a pile of stuff that won't even work with the 'Onyx Leopard' replacement they’re pushing on me. I’m not a fashion guy or a tech expert, but it feels like I’m being charged a 'patience tax' for a mistake their website made. They’re only offering a 25% refund to keep a bag I didn't choose, which doesn't even cover the cost of the accessories I now have to replace. Is this normal for them? Aesthetic design. Well made. The price point is a bit high for the product. Doesn't have the premium feel we were looking for.
