Sent unit back for repair under warranty over 3 WEEKS AGO!!! I have called, left messages & emailed requesting an update a minimum of 10 X’s. I got 2 replies - they are backed up & I just have to wait. IS ANYBODY WORKING ON WARRANTY REPAIRS???? At this juncture I feel they are holding my unit captive with little to no chance of it being returned.

Bought one from Best Buy in 2024 and a second one earlier this year. They have been very responsive when I needed help with the app. The app has gotten way better since the first one. Great frequent discounts on Best Buy. Thats why I bought it there

I have a Dustin robovac from Bobsweep that is just over a year old. Bought at Sam's Club 6/19/25. It worked okay for a year, and didn't get stuck under our couches (higher profile than our last). It picked up pet hair moderately well from hard flooring, but poorly from carpets. It's now malfunctioning badly - mostly traveling in circles and stopping after seconds. The "History" tab in the app is highly inaccurate - reads run times of anywhere between 15 and 52+ minutes. In reality, it's usually seconds. The bot mostly runs in a circle and either stops after seconds or rams into something with force. The trouble records indicate that the left wheel has an obstruction. Nothing wrapped around, and we've practically pulled the thing apart. Nothing. Still telling me about that left wheel. We've cleaned this thing regularly. It's the worst brand to date. Emails to Customer Service return scripted answers, then nothing as the problem persists. Don't trust this company. I've ordered a new vac bot from Shark.
