I purchased a backyard office made from a converted shipping container after searching online. The build network did some youtube videos about their quality which caught my attention. The majority of the builders that do shipping containers I found didn't have much info online or they didn't call me back. This company had pricing online with options and even a process. After setting an appointment through their website I had a video conf with a sales rep who took my design and email me a quote. The time to build was faster than I thought so I told them I would call back when I was closer to being ready. 2 months later I called and the price was higher but they worked a deal with me. After I signed and paid a deposit I was given a link to check on the progress. I was given updates twice a week with photos. When I called I usually spoke to someone in support that would just take a message. When builders were halfway done I paid another deposit as a progress payment. Basically, it was similar to new home construction but on a faster timeline. After it was complete I was given a link to book a facetime with my project manager or inspect in person. After I approved the build their logistics driver called me to set up a delivery. After the final payment, it was delivered in 10 days. Everything worked out for me and I am happy with my backyard shipping container office

I purchased a container home from Bob's after discovering photos of their work on Instagram. I called to get more info and had to set an appointment. The phone rep was able to give me basic info and direct me to their website with pricing. I was hoping to speak to a rep right away but they said it is their process and to check the website for ideas of layouts Fast forward I bought a 40ft model called the joshua. During the process I had a dedicated project manager who updated me using their software on the progress. I was able to ask questions and make changes . Delivery took some time as my contractor didn't get a foundation poured on time. Bob's held my container in storage while it was being completed. They mentioned a storage fee but ultimately waived it. Overall I had a good experience with them. Few unknowns like the build speed and delivery time worried me but they made it happen.

Bob's Container has been easy to work with. They provide you with a timeline. We are currently in process with building our container home with them.
