I used the $200 free chip I met all play through requirements. I made my first attempt to withdraw $100. $100 was deducted from my balance which left over $1,700. Several days later I got into a chat with a service rep. Service rep told me that I did not send my kyc documentation Within 24 hours I would have to request another withdrawal. I sent in the kyc my second draw request for $100. During the waiting time I had $1,800 leftover so I started playing with it and it went up and down I got it down $209 ( note they never reimbursed the account for the 1st or 2nd $100 withdrawl) and that's where I stopped. Several days later I got into a chat he told me but I had to have minimum of $300 in order to make withdrawal. That's when I knew for sure that this was a scam. Don't waste your time or your money on this place and hopefully soon these people will be in jail for ripping people off.

Horrible support, took 6 weeks to approve a bitcoin deposit which they had to cancel and process through credit card reversals. I thought we had it solved, but now they blocked me from depositing, haven't answered my support request in a week, and keep saying everything is fine. I received a $200 free chip with registration to bobby casino. Wagering requirements was 6000USD and I waged 24046 USD on that $200. On my withdraw page it shows my wagering is completed. I confirmed that on chat with a support guy. He confirmed that and requested that I sent some documents to them and then claim my $100 which is the max you can wathdraw. I did all that so many times that I stopped counting. The next time I request about my money they asked for those docs again. On the withdrwawal page it said "Transaction Information. Minimum withdraw limit not met." At that stage my balance was $1375.14, much more than $100. I sent a screenshot of that page to them which they requested. They said their whatever team will sort it out. They just never sent a email back or reply on mine. I had to use the support chat everytime I want to know when am I going to receive my $100 as it is now weeks of back and forth for me to call them all the time. Also prepare yourselve to hold for 45min plus before someone helps you. And then you ask for the person who is handling the case sort of and they refuse to put that person on the line. Then I have to explain everything over again. That happened many many times. The only mail I received back from them was policies and procedures of why they can't pay me. Well I read the policies and nowhere is something that says, "The account balance must be more than (withdrawal amount plus bonus exchange) at the time of withdrawal so that the casino can take back the freechip added. Also the freechip exchange value should be maintained in the account." From day one that I won that money fair and square they have all the excuses in the book not to pay me. Non of them have any intention of solving my problem as they don't even speak to me or reply on any of my emails.
