Shocking Service. Month after ordering it no sign of them. Got to email them every day for last 2weeks, to get my refund back. I have received email today it’s refunded will believe when I see money in my account. And it’s not made in Uk. When I send pictures I was sent info back in Chinese. It’s a pure scam and I can’t believe I had to waist so much energy and time to get my money back.

UPDATE: I finally received my full refund. Bobblegift did refund my money on 6/24/2024. I would tell everyone no need to "...report this vendor to the government and file a complaint usa.gov › online-purchase-complaints " NOT A SCAM- I received my full refund!!! USPS confirmed that the package was a letter and not my bobblehead. Is this a scam. So evil, Jessica would email me to confirm if the body was accurate and it was not because I asked for a chubby body figure and it was a skinny body figure. Jessica even emailed me to approve the face. Even though I was not pleased, I approved the bobble head. The package was sent to different address and the shipping label was with another different address. This is so weird because I never thought that I was getting scammed out of $140.00 this is cruel. I keep emailing and sending messages with no response. BOBBLEGIFT is a SCAM!!!!!

Wir haben eine Figur in Auftrag gegeben, zunächst hat sich bei uns jemand immer wieder gemeldet und uns die Fortschritte gezeigt. Die Figur sah nicht optimal aus, leider tatsächlich nicht ganz so ähnlich, aber irgendwie auch ganz witzig. Nun haben wir für die Gebühr für schnelle Fertigung bezahlt, dies hat leider nichts gebracht, die Fertigung befindet sich gerade in der 3. Woche. Und seit 1 Woche meldet sich niemand mehr bei uns !! Scheinbar erwarten uns auch Zollgebühren, auch hier keinerlei Info darüber vom Unternehmen bisher erhalten. Auf der Webseite findet man keinerlei Informationen über Zollgebühren, also gehen wir zunächst davon aus, dass sie inklusive sind, aber dass sich niemand bei uns meldet, ist schon sehr suspekt. Alles sehr schade.

absoluter betrug!!! vorsichtig! Diese Firma ist nicht in der Lage eine Figur auch nur ähnlich zu einem Foto zu erstellen. Hier diskutiert man erst Wochenlang rum und hat dann keine Möglichkeit mehr zu Rückabwicklung. Außerdem wird man hier einfach mit ungebrachten Spitznamen betitelt wie in meinem Beispiel als Weihnachtsmann angeschrieben- das allerletzte!!!!!

Absolute schlecht getroffen + die angegebene Zeit bezieht sich auf nur die Versandzeit ohne Fertigung bei mir noch ca. 3 Wochen für 100€ defentiv nicht nochmal bei 30€ wäre die Qualität ok.

This company seemed great from the start- good communication, thoroughness in executing my requests, and responsive to messages. However, I had two last small tweaks that I asked before they officially made the item and this was ignored and they stated they didn’t pass it on soon enough to the artist. No big deal. Not exactly what I wanted but the main design was great. I’ve been watching the tracking now for days and it arrived in my home distribution center for it now to be sent to another state. I reached out and asked for an address confirmation and days now without a reply. I ordered this item almost a month and a half ago and gave plenty of time for it to arrive by the time I needed it. Now it’s been stuck in another state for almost 4 days and I have no idea when or even if it will arrive. I had high hopes for this company and the product but really disappointed because this was a gift for someone and now I don’t have enough time to get something else custom made.

Bestellnummer: BGDE3416 Wahnsinn, ich habe 171,99 € für eine Figur bezahlt die absolut garnicht nach den Personen auf den Bildern aussieht. Als Entschädigung habe ich ganze 21,- € erhalten. Jetzt eine Woche später kam dann noch eine Rechnung vom Zoll über 65,- €. Nie von einem Einkauf so enttäuscht gewesen…

Ordered before Valentine's Day. $167! Still haven't received. Would like my money back.
