Model is different to one I approved. Will not refund me
I approved a proof of a Bobblehead for my mum. The head photo was sent to me and looked just like my mum. I approved. Then they sent me another proof of it with hair... they had used a different model, nothing like my mum. I did not approve and now they are refusing to change. Want to charge me 15quid for cancellation. Refusing to refund me. Do not use this company.

Was sent a preview of my bobble head…
Was sent a preview of my bobble head and while it did show a similarity to the photos I sent in - white male, short blond/grey hair. I just asked if it could be more tanned. I ended up receiving a black man with black hair, totally useless for the 60th present I wanted. Order number BGUK4750

Follow-Up on Pending Order
I paid half the amount in advance for my order but have yet to receive it, despite repeated follow-ups and daily assurances of delivery. The continued delay and lack of clarity are unacceptable. If the order is not delivered within two days, I will file a complaint with the cybercrime department as this feels like a breach of trust.

Poor quality produce and poor after service
Despite ordering in plenty of time for my friends birthday (ordered over 4 weeks ago) the bobblehead arrived 2 days after the event and was not the product I approved and certainly was not a true likeness of the photos I had sent. I had been back and forth explaining which option I wanted and was assured they would send the correct version - they didn't. I immediately informed them to give them the opportunity to express deliver the replacement head in time for an event my friend and I are both attending this weekend. Now 3 days later no response to my emails, no response re escalating my complaint, no response re a refund and no response to my phone calls. Very disappointing. I had used this company for 30+ heads previously and have recommended to my friends who purchased circa 10 heads, but it has seriously gone down hill since last year. I will now have to seek an alternative company albeit it will be far too late for my friends birthday which was last weekend. I certainly won't be using them again for any corporate events.

Disappointed
So, I just received my bobble head, and I am very disappointed in it, I have been in communication with them the whole time it was been worked on, I sen pictures like they asked for.. this is my grandson and the jersey looks like the name Hawks is a sticker they just stuck on it and then the back of the jersey looks like they just painted it on there to get it sent out fast, it looks like him but the details are crap! I want to post pictures but it want let me!

Painted hair rather than fix
This bobblehead does not look like the photo submitted and when the hair color was too dark after 2 tries, instead of molding with different clay, they just painted the hair (which is supposed to be blond) with gold paint. Can see under the front the brown clay still. Would NOT recommend.

Looks nothing like
Purchased two bottle openers as Christmas gifts but they look nothing like the persons they are intended for. Also I assumed they would come in the bobblegifts gift boxes shown in the website but they didn’t and when I asked if I could purchase two they said just go and buy a box from the local shop I got sent a link to leave a review on their website, which I did but as it was a bad review they don’t show it! Only show positive reviews Don’t get me wrong some of the models on their website look good but the two I purchased were a complete waste of money

Don’t do it
We purchased a bobble head for my boss two weeks ago and right away we explained that we needed it by the 13th and it has not even shipped yet and we cannot reach anybody by phone. They have no phone number listed on their site nor are we getting responses to our emails. Be very, very careful with this company. There are plenty of options of other companies that actually get your order out in a timely manner and communicate there is no excuse for this.
