I would suggest being as accurate and descriptive as possible in letting them know what you desire for the finished product. When my orders arrived, I was extremely impressed and pleased. Absolutely LOVED this bobble head gift! I bought for my brother and sister in law joint custom made “couples” option. I was sent photos of being made Mid way through so I could approve the replications and it was spot on. Great email communication throughout the whole process and when it finally arrived I think I was more over excited than what they would be as it was AMAZING! I had a whole Day of playing with the bobbling heads before giving it to them! It was identical to the photo I provided. But their reactions when opening made it even more better as they truly loved it too! 100% recommendation for this bobble head maker. From start to finish was quick and smooth process but did take about 3 weeks with them asking you to verify and confirm your happy with quality so just make sure you order in time if you have an exact deadline for delivery. But once processed shipping was extremely quick. I want someone to make one of me for a gift now!! ;-)

I was referred to this vendor by a friend. My experience has been outstanding! They have very quick responses to the initial submittal, and they follow-up. You get to review every step of the way, and readily make your requested changes. Even ‘out-of-the-box’ requests. I never thought that they could add a pony tail to my bobblehead. That’s special! The finished product is better than I expected.

My boss LOVED IT! The communication was on point! I received a photo of the initial creation, but requested to change the eyebrows. It was changed and it looked so good. Well packaged with care. I will continue to order from her!
