Alles super

I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!

During the creation process they send progress pictures and made sure the product was exactly what I wanted before they continued!

We absolutely love our bobble heads. The whole process was so easy. We were communicated with each step of the way. Jessica was great. She would email with pictures to get our approval and was open to any suggestion we had to make on the bobblehead. The final product turned out amazing! And we received our order in a timely manner.

Great customer service. Proactively reached out to confirm the design and even accommodated a last minute design change. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the attention to the customer experience.

I am so happy with the bobblehead! It looks just like the photo I provided and dealing with Jessica was great. She checked in throughout the process to make sure I was happy. Easy process and delivery was timely. Exceptional service and exceptional product!
