The process wasn't straightforward. It was a Christmas gift that I purchased early and had delivered to a different address. Going by the pictures of what they'd credted I thought I was going to have to get an alternative gift. I debated asking for a refund but changed my mind... And I'm Very, very glad I did. I've just opened the box and the result is really rather impressive! Bobblegifts did go through a consultation phase and communicated well throughout. Thank you! :)

The quality construction and design of the item are excellent. Also the dedication of the company outreach.. (Mine was Jennifer).that checks with the purchaser on how they like the progress and accuracy of the product. Both are very well thought out concepts. 1st of all let me just say that even though Jessica used a translator app to communicate with me about my order, she had SUPERB communication with me better than even some who speak English. She was patient with all of my changes and requests (which were a lot!) and I was being picky. She used WhatsApp and stayed on with me 1 evening for over an hour. I had 3 Bobbleheads & 1 wine stopper so there were many details to discuss. She was great! The artist was very talented and accommodated my tweaking 3 to 4x over because I saw things that I didn’t like and they changed it until I was 100% happy & satisfied without making me feel uncomfortable. When all 4 were done they were promptly shipped & again they followed up to make sure I got them & they were what I had hoped for (and they were.) I think these office gifts are sure to make others laugh, smile and will be a conversation piece for sure. They did really good and I had 1 custom order that was difficult and they nailed it. I do recommend Bobblegifts and I wish I got such personal support from all businesses. They were a complete pleasure to work with and deliver a quality product. 5 easy stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Great job! This company has had my order since the beginning of November and have failed to reply to my emails or refund my money. Beware when you place an order. Resolve my issue in full before Christmas and I will give you the 5** review. UPDATE: The company has been in touch with me multiple times through WhatsApp and have been going as well as can. Great communication, really appreciated receiving an email with the finished process of the face, and been given the opportunity to make any last minute changes if needed before completion. Mine was a gift for an 80th birthday, everyone that was at the party loves it🤩

The customer service was amazing as was the product. At each stage I was sent a photograph of the figure and asked if I wanted to change anything, I was then sent a final image on completion. The figure arrived a few days later packaged safely and in a lovely gift box. I will probably end up getting more as the quality is so good and they are such a great birthday or Christmas gift.
