Great product. My husband absolutely loved the bobble head. He laughed so hard he was crying. We were both surprised at how well Jessica got the little details. I would absolutely buy another product from here.

Jessica was communicating well via email with multiple rounds of proof reading and was flexible with the changes we wanted. The features of the statuette was quite close to the picture we shared. overall it was a good experience with Bobblegifts.

It was very easy to keep an open line of communication with this company. I wish that I had asked for a bigger photo when the face was done as the hair turned out to be darker than I expected. Otherwise there is another happy bobble head owner here and likely a few more new customers as well 😊

I placed an order on November 27th. They had no problem getting back to me to tell me that my requests needed and additional charge, which I paid promptly. Since then it has been radio silence. I finally reached out asking for a status update since this is a Christmas gift, and they responded after two days saying they lost my order and asked if I still want it. I replied emphatically yes! And that I needed to know if they can make it happen. They have not responded since. Order number BG11327/BG11337 since it was charged over two transactions. I will delete this review if they resolve this issue. Edit - the ball got rolling after this post. It is getting shipped now. Overall, from the proofs I have seen, I am pretty happy with the product. I will update this review once I see it in person. Final Edit - I received my item before Christmas, and the gift was loved by the recipient. Overall, I think the craftsmanship of the head is amazing! The body and chair were good, but not amazing. I figured they had stock accessories that they worked with, but apparently it is all done from scratch. The proof pictures they sent me didn't show that there were wires peeking out on the side of the chair (instead of being completely covered in clay). The chair definitely needed more work. BUT given the fact that it was completely "hand made" I can look past that. I am keeping my review a 4 star due to the poor quality of the chair. I would most likely order again if the need arose, but would avoid the holidays so it doesn't get rushed through due to high demand.

Received the bobble head today. Unfortunately I missed their email regarding if I would like any changes. When I did email back, I was told it was too late to change anything. Head is ok, but doesn't really look like the person. Despite sending in a front and side pic which shows the lady's nose as pointy, they have gone quite full on with the nose and got the chin completely wrong. They are quite obvious features on the pictures, so surprised the artist missed it. I have had to put a picture of her in the box so she knows its a bobble head of her which kind of defeats the object. I don't want to be too negative, I can imagine their heads are brilliant when they get the detail right. I do appreciate it was my fault picking up the original email, however, when I replied, they were slow in responding to that email and when they did respond, they said it was too late. Comes in a lovely box and well wrapped. I would do this again with these guys, I'm just annoyed with myself for not seeing their original email.

I ordered this as a wedding gift and it came out great and looked fantastic. I was emailed throughout to see if I wanted any changes made and a final picture sent before it was posted. My issue was it came broken in two different areas. They offered to make a new one and send it to me but I didn’t have enough time before the wedding for this option, and they instead gave me a full refund. If I had enough time then I would have accepted another as I was happy with the product itself and the communication. I would use again.
