Hello, We’re truly sorry to hear that the final result did not meet your expectations. As a fully customized product, each bobblehead is handmade based on the photos and requests provided, and our artists spend significant time on sculpting and revisions during the production process. We always do our best to adjust the design according to customer feedback throughout each step. Regarding the cancellation policy, the fee helps cover the labor and material costs already invested in the custom work that has been completed before cancellation. We understand this may still feel frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback. Could you please provide your order number? Once we receive it, we will arrange for one of our dedicated customer service team members to carefully review your case and follow up with you directly. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to create your custom bobblehead, and we look forward to assisting you further.

Hi Leanne Foster, We’re very sorry for the disappointment caused, especially as this was a special gift for your son’s 18th birthday. As all of our products are fully handmade and customized, the production process takes time, and we need customer confirmation at each stage before moving forward to the next step. Our team did send emails requesting the necessary confirmation details, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply, so we were unable to continue production. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. We’re also working to improve our communication and order process to help avoid situations like this in the future. A full refund has already been arranged for your order. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Best, The BobbleGifts Team
