I ordered a custom bobblehead as a gift but it was completely different to the picture I showed them. The quality was poor and the writing was crooked. There was no attention to detail. When they sent me a photo of the final product, I was disappointed and said I wasn't happy but they sent it anyway. I am too embarrassed to give it as a gift. What a waste of money, buyer beware.

Horrible service! Ordered over a month ago. They are not responsive. Keep promising updates and send me the same pictures as before. They have stopped responding but I can see that they have read my messages and they do not answer calls. I need a refund!

Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.

Not great! Never got the email to review the face, then when I did finally get it, the eyes were BROWN and my hubby’s eyes are crystal BLUE! Then I was told it was TOO late to change it so I just canceled this— VERY disappointed- this was for my hubby’s 70th birthday 😂

I ordered a bobble head for my sisters 50th birthday. I was very clear with my instructions even repeating my request several times. In the end, they did what they wanted and posted it without checking with my first. Total waste of money . I do not recommend .

DO NOT ORDER!!! There is no way those are the real photos. I wish I could attach a photo of what they claimed to be my dog. I would argue it doesn’t even look like an animal? They didn’t ask me about what I wanted the dress to look like after they first did it and then said I couldn’t change it.
