I believe this company is a SCAM. this company takes your order, then send you a pic of a generic doll shape, stating, "your order is under production." This notice comes about 10 days after ordering. Then comes the fraud part part... forward about 3 weeks, I send an email .. ETA? They say let me check, then never respond. I ask again, about a week thereafter, now 4 weeks. They reply 4 days after this (now 32 days after the order was placed) stating that the order is shipped, they add a tracking number. Lookup the tracking, and nothing. Check back about a week later (now 39 days after the order was placed) the order states it is being shipped to JFK via the tracking app. I check this periodically throughout the next 3 weeks, and there are no updates. I then reach out and ask for an update, NADA… The tracking info was looked up again, (now 48 days after the order was placed) and it says it was delivered, along with about 14 lines of previous dates and times and location of the packed that were listed, are now, gone! I kept records of the tracking info DAILY, and have clear proof of fraud. Nothing was EVER delivered. NOTHING. This company is a scam. Disputed by transaction. Recourse will be, a report/complaint to FTC, US consulate, and of course the www. Save your money, may want to buy from a domestic company! Also, all the good reviews seem to be written by the same individual?

Ich habe eine Figur für die Hochzeit bestellt und habe mehrere Mail ausgetauscht und genau beschrieben was ich möchte und sie haben zugesichert die Änderungen umsetzen zu können es ging um eine Mütze die mir am wichtigsten war die ich in 3 Mails hervor hob und abgesehen davon das die Figuren uns nicht sehr ähnlich waren fehlte nicht nur die Mütze sondern mein Mann hatte eine schwarze Gelfrisur und volles Haar obwohl er keine auf dem Kopf hat. Ich schrieb mehrere Mails um das Problem zu lösen aber keine Antwort nur ein tut mir Leid.

I ordered a bobblegift figure for my daughter for her graduation. I ordered it on 27th November. I contact them on the 9th of December as I had heard nothing. They sent what the head looked like. It had a beauty on it for some reason. I replied that my daughter doesn’t have one. They said it would be cleaned before sending. It eventually arrived on the 27th December!! I paid extra for the speedy carving etc. when I opened it the beauty spot was still there. It looks ridiculous. My daughter just laughed and no wonder. I’m 108 down. They wanted to refund 50 pounds?! It also never been cleaned. PayPal refused to up hold my complaint!! Waste of time. Please never buy from here. 4-8 business for delivery?! 😂. It longer for them to contact me. The place is a joke. I have all emails to confirm this

We selected the grey dot for sta card base which would denote a grey base for out bobblehead. However we were sent a pink base. When we co tasted customer support they said we choose a pink base and refused to make it right. The selection button. For standard base is great, the word pink appeared nowhere on the page. One pictures shows a pi k base but the rest show grey bases for examples. Payapl refused our claim and now we are stuck paying $90 for a damn pink base. These people suck, don't order from them. They claim they will make things right but will not. Don't waste your money

You pay 27€ for express delivery, but they would want to send the gifts weeks later after the purchase around the holidays. Poor communication and eventually trying to delay refunds as long as possible, hoping that the customer would forget about it??

Do not trust shipping times. Ordered on 11/29 and it is still in china on 12/24.

Awful service. I have been messaging for the last couple of days on all platforms and am yet to get a response. I am really worried now as no response has been given yet.
