I ordered two children figures from your website. It took 2 months to deliver it. And when I received the items, I was very disappointed. 1. they are not the correct size. 2. the heads barely move and do not bobble 3. the faces do not look like the pictures. 4. the notes are just stickers. not the way they were shown on the picture in your website. This is a very disappointing product. I want my money back!

I chose this company because the site said I could view it prior to receiving. On the order form was a spot to write instructions. I wrote green base, Happy 70th birthday Waldo. The piece arrived with the words Green base, Happy Birthday Waldo. I tried contacting the company, but they did not respond. Also, the shoes are on the wrong feet. Disappointing for the price.

Sehr schlechter Service, haben einfach meine Daten mit anderen Personen vertauscht und den schnellen Versand + die schnelle Herstellung gab es nicht. Auf Rückfrage kam nur 0815 Antworten mit: hier ist ihre sendungsverfolgung. Mit Abstand Scam! Also nie wieder

They are dishonest, not based in the US, will take your money, and will not respond to your requests. It has been two months, and they have not shipped the product or replied to any inquiries. They are untrustworthy, so it's best to avoid engaging with them.

Die Figur sieht leider überhaupt nicht der gewünschten Person ähnlich. Leider auch erst im nachhinein gesehen, dass die Sachen aus China kommen. Nachtrag: Vorsicht beim Bestellen, hier kommen noch Zollkosten auf einen zu. Unsere Bestellung war über 130,00 € inkl. Versand und nun müssen wir noch 34,00 € Zoll nachzahlen. Leider nicht sofort ersichtlich.

Nach dem 5. Mal korrigieren habe ich die Bestellung Storniert und es werden 15€ Bearbeitungsgebühr verlangt. Es sollte ein Geschenk für meine Frau sein, aber nach x versuchen ein bisschen Ähnlichkeit in das Gesicht zubringen gab ich auf. Und alles läuft über Google Übersetzer Deutsch- Chinesisch. Und dafür zahle ich nicht, sonst leite ich rechtliche Schritte gegen dieses Unternehmen ein.
