BNB Investor AcademyReviews of bnbinvestoracademy.com

I joined Mike’s Airbnb course way back in early 2021. He is the real deal. After he helped me step by step show me the ropes, three years later I now have a portfolio of five short term rentals that do $900k-$1mm/year in revenues. Highly recommend him and his course to help fast track your success!

The BNB Investor Academy has helped me create a family legacy I'm proud. Being a part of this program has truly changed the trajectory of my life. My husband and I launched our first short-term rental and we could not have done it without the Academy. The resources, automation tools, access to STR professionals and accountability are so valuable.

Joining BNB Investor Academy was one of the best decisions I have ever made, already having had experience and an active portfolio! Having access to coaches & Michael who have such a successful track record in this space was worth every penny. Even though I had real estate experience, I was able to learn things I never even thought of and tap into the network of resources - Attorneys, designers, CPA's, Brokers, giving me the confidence to make all the right decisions that lead me to having two profitable STRs. Even with higher interest rates hitting 15% + Cash on Cash returns and learning how to find these opportunities in most markets was pivotal in not getting stuck in analysis paralysis, which many have suffered from. 100% recommend this program to anyone interested in getting a high return on their time and money!!!

Michael and his team helped me get my first cash flowing property! The video modules gave me a great foundation, but the one on one coaching from Michael, Logan and team were what moved the needle. I considered just watching YouTube videos and relying on AirDNA market scores -- I think it would've been a big mistake. You don't know what you don't know and the frequent communication made me so much more confident to actually move forward. 10/10 would do the BNB Academy again.

The BNB Investor Academy has been truly life-changing for us, worth every dollar spent. After months of deliberation, my wife and I decided to join, and we regret not starting sooner! The program not only provides a clear roadmap to becoming a successful short-term rental investor but also offers access to a vast network of professionals including investors, designers, mortgage brokers, and accountants. This network generously shares their insights and expertise, setting you up for long-term success in the industry. We took into consideration all of this knowledge and were ecstatic when we saw our property finally come to life. This month alone we are bringing in over $15,000 in cash flow and are eager to get another property! I would highly recommend the BNB Investor Academy to anyone who is looking to start earning passive income!

We’re beyond thrilled with our success in short-term rental investment, thanks to Michael. His coaching, discovered through his Instagram, transformed our novice attempts into a profitable venture. In three months, we set up our first property, which did amazingly well in its first year. Beyond breaking even, the tax advantages have been a game changer for us as W-2 income earners. Now, we’re expanding into property management and exploring rental arbitrage, applying Michael’s invaluable lessons. His course is a must for anyone serious about diversifying investments. At 31, as a doctor and tech sales professional, we’ve shifted our mindset towards leveraging our active income to generating generational wealth, all thanks to Michael’s insights getting us jumpstarted and thinking down the right path.

When I started the Academy I was working in construction, always knowing real estate would be my future in some capacity. I took a chance and bought into Michael's program. It was hands down the best money I've ever spent. My college degrees don't compare to the practical value the Academy has given me. It truly changed the course of me and my family's life giving us the knowledge and tools to enable us to live life on our terms. Every step of the way through my process of acquiring my first short term rental there was an expert, in their respective field, to answer any questions I had. With the help from all the coaching in the Academy, I was able to successfully find, purchase, and launch my first airbnb which now provides me 3-4K additional income a month. Not only do I receive extra income but I don't have to trade my time for it because of all the automation I also learned. I would recommend this Academy to anyone who is willing to put in the work and ready to change their life.

This was an investment that my husband and I can look back on and say with confidence that it was unbelievably worth every single penny. Initially we thought we could set up a short-term rental on our own and learn as we go, but leveraging and being supported by extremely successful leaders like Michael and Logan in the real estate space made all the difference. The amount of live coaching calls, the amount of different resources within the Academy - lawyers, lenders, CPA/tax accountants, professional designers, literally every avenue you can think of, left us feeling like we were in the best hands. And we truly were. We bought our first STR and it was already profitable 1 month after we went live, & cash flowed us $12K just in this last month. We will take everything we learned during our time in the Academy with us for the rest of our lives. So thankful for this experience, it has truly changed the trajectory of our lives. 100000/10 recommend to anyone wanting to get into rentals.
