My wife and I knew we wanted to get into the short term rental industry but we weren't sure how to start and were clueless on the small details. I initially reached out to Michael on Instagram after seeing numerous compelling posts. We went through the initial sales pitch and listened to everything they had to say. They do try to get you to sign up right then and there which is a typical sales tactic but we were adamant about not giving them an answer until the following day. We did our research and spoke with friends/family for advise. We read online that though the program is legitimate, all the info they give you can be found online for free. A personal mentor of ours urged us to consider the program as one-on-one coaching is usually always worth the money...and so we did. After now completing the program, I can say it was money well spent. Yes, the info is out there for free but this program spoon feeds you everything you need to know in a very logical, progressive manner. You get a coach who is paid to help you and answer all your questions whenever you need. You get access to a community of like-minded investors and professionals in design, law, real estate, finance, etc again, all there to help answer any questions you have. They provide spreadsheets and other tools to track everything from furniture, market data, renovation costs, bookings, tax forms, etc that you can keep and use for years to come.

BNB Academy has been a great investment for me, the knowledge the guidance and the help you get is worth every penny you invest in this Academy. The people that run this program go above and beyond to help you in every step of the way, they’re always accessible. You always get your questions answered, and you get the best advice whenever it’s needed, the connection, the network and every little aspect for the success of your journey when it comes to AirBnb. I only wish I have joined sooner.
