I joined the academy after following Michael on instagram for several months. Overall it was a solid experience. The biggest takeaways were running analysis on properites to determine good/bad deals; how to properly design for best ROI (equipping property with amazing amenities and “gram”able decor); and how to manage the properties remotely. The coursework was self paced, offered 1:1 coaching sessions, and open office hours. It also granted access to a community of likeminded investors with a range of experience each student could gain something from. I would recommend this course for those looking to get started or enhance their STR investment skills.

BNB Investor Academy is a must if you’d like to excel in the STR space. Without the proper training, it can be very difficult to compete however this group will ensure your property is in the top 1%. STR investing looks much different in 2024 than it did in 2020, 2021 and even last year. Don’t cut corners on training. My wife and I considered ourselves “seasoned” in the Real Estate space (both licensed realtors, long term rental owners and habitual primarily home buyers) however, we were blown away at the training curve specific to STR’s. Without this academy, we would have fallen right on our face and lost serious capital. BNB academy will provide you with the tools to ensure you’re making a solid investment decision and will surround you with like minded, motivated investors. Since the academy, we have 2 cash flowing STR’s. Our 3rd goes live next month!
