Extremely thorough course. Lays out everything that you could possibly need to know. The information can be found other places, but I am busy person and needed the information to be organized like a course. The bigger help was mentor relationship you get with one of the mentors in the program and finally the community you get access to. The Facebook group is super helpful for questions, encouragement, dealing with issues etc. I really can’t recommend the course enough. This is a huge investment. The course gives you confidence that you can do it. We are already starting to see the results

BNB Academy is a total must if you are entering the STR market. They have super knowledgeable coaches who can help you foresee and work through any obstacles you might encounter. What makes them special is the network of people in the industry who can help you in every step of the process. My coach, Kyle, really knows what he's talking about and with his help we are close to closing our first property.

We saw Michael’s social media posts and a light went on for us “we can do this too.” So we joined! The academy helped us set up our first property and learn the basics of the STR business. Our CSM Nick F. advised us on how to get maximum value from the program and has become a friend along the way. As our portfolio has grown, I still check in on the courses when I need them. This is a good program with valuable information. It’s also a good network of people to be linked to going forward.

I had an incredible experience with BNB Investor Academy! This program is packed with valuable information on launching and managing a successful Airbnb business. The coaches are super helpful, and each session is filled with actionable insights and strategies. They cover everything from business launch steps to the various Airbnb strategies, plus they provide an extensive network of strategic partners and vendors, along with tips on managing them effectively. The videos are easy to follow and there’s a great support group through Facebook exclusive to their clients. Special shoutout to Coach Drew, who was exceptionally supportive throughout, and to Michael for putting together such a comprehensive, well-structured program. This academy has been a MASSIVE help to get me launching my first Airbnb!! Having endless resources at the tip of my fingers to guide me every step of the way has made this process so much easier for me. I had zero experience going into this so I needed to learn everything and this academy has done that for me! Having a coach (Marsh!!) who is a pro and will help me with all of my questions and be willing to hop on a zoom to discuss and walk me through each step made me feel comfortable and confident in what I was doing. Why Not!! I will be very honest I wasn’t quite sure about joining the program at first primarily because I came across the program through Instagram and I already had a background in real estate. It took many calls- one even where Michael joined- to discuss why the program would be a fit with what my goals were. I couldn’t be happier for making the decision to join. I have been in the program now for two months and I am already purchasing my first short term rental! There is no magic wand- you will have to work for it but with the guidance and advice from the BNB Academy team I have no doubt anyone can be successful. I try not to miss any calls as I have always come away with some piece of knowledge. What the Academy has done for me has cut a clear path without having to spend countless hours of time researching every little detail. You will spend time getting to know a market or even determining your market if you are not sure at first of where you want to invest but it is time well spent and also helps with reviewing deals. I have worked with Grant and Kyle- both knowledgable and helpful throughout the process! I am not one to normally write reviews but I certainly like to promote those who have helped me along the way 😊. So Why Not?! If you are serious about wanting to get in the game, make it easier on yourself!
