I can’t say enough about BnB investor academy. It is a phenomenal community of skilled and wise real estate investors- but it’s not a bunch of sharks in three piece suits and briefcases. It’s filled with every day, regular people who decided that they wanted more out of life and are more than willing to share their experience and knowledge to help the next person. From the top down, I have zero complaints. Michael and company post a plethora of priceless information practically daily. My personal mentor, Kyle, has been nothing short of amazing. He has handled my countless annoying questions and issues with nothing but patience and grace- even being three time zones away. I never feel alone in this often intimidating arena. This academy has been worth every penny, every minute, every ounce of sweat that I’ve put in. I’ve built amazing relationships with amazing people and can’t wait to see where this road continues to take me.

Best decision ever for anyone trying to master the STR game! Immediately we joined the Academy, our coach came in teaching us strategies to determine what a good property for short term rental looks like. Their tools and techniques to invest make it almost certain one will succeed. Shout out to Michael, Logan, and a huge shoutout to Kyle who has been so helpful and knowledgeable!!! Not only does the academy teaches you tons about great investments, but you are exposed to so many resources along the way. BNB Academy is worth every penny!

Kyle has been an excellent coach, offering valuable guidance and insight throughout the process. The materials provided are informative and practical, equipping us with the tools we need to succeed. Having a coach to run ideas by has been incredibly helpful, and the supportive community allows us to learn from the experiences of others. Together, these resources have been instrumental in improving our short-term rental business.

It’s always a good feeling when you don’t have to re-create the wheel especially when it comes to real estate. I have been in long term rentals but decided to try my hand at Short Term Rentals. I’ve been in the Academy for a little over six months now and closed on my first home and I’m in the process of setting it up to rent! It’s an exciting and scary process but with the help of great coaches and other students that have been there done that, I feel confident this will be a successful venture!

We joined the Academy in 2024 and haven been blown away by the experience. Our CSM, Drew, could not have been more helpful, professional and amazing if he tried. I have always wanted to get into real estate investing. For the past 25 years I’ve done a great job of finding reasons I couldn’t or shouldn’t start. Earlier this year we joined BNB Investor Academy. This was after seeing some of our family join and have immediate success with their first property. Having no prior experience, and all the same reasons and excuses for not investing, I bit the bullet and stuck a toe in the real estate waters. Flash forward 7 months, my wife and I close on our first property in January. I have confidence in the investment and how to manage it. As questions arise, I have a community of investors, as well as some great mentors, to take them to. If I had this group of people assisting, teaching, answering questions, and making recommendations 25 years ago, I’d be a wealthy man today. Since I have them today, I’ll be establishing that wealth for my family’s future.

The BNB Investor Academy is even better than I expected. It is a WEALTH of knowledge from recorded teachings, to several weekly live zooms on a variety of topics, to one on one coaching. It is 1000% worth the investment. The people in the academy really do care and want you to succeed, and you also get connected with so many others across the country who are likeminded. There are so many programs and coaches out there, and it sometimes can be hard to know what’s real and who is genuine, but this academy and Michael and his team are the real deal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to get into Airbnb’s.
