BNB Investor AcademyReviews of bnbinvestoracademy.com

This course was very informative and helped me to avoid a few pitfalls along the way. The one on one coaching with Nick was a great sounding board and gut check on the process that we went through to secure our first AirBNB rental property. If you are looking to get into this business this course is a great starting point and essential to avoiding common pitfalls. With their help we closed on a property with in 6 months and achieved 70% utilization in the first month live.

I can’t recommend BNB Investor Academy enough! Here’s why: Fast Results: I had been wanting to start a business in the short-term rental (STR) space for years but couldn’t get it off the ground. After starting the program on November 11th, I secured my first rental arbitrage lease on February 1st—less than three months later! Comprehensive Content: The program is packed with information that’s incredibly well-organized, making it comprehensive without being overwhelming. Ample Support: There are around 10 weekly calls covering various topics, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and ask questions. You also get assigned a Customer Success Manager. Exceptional Customer Success Manager: This personalized support sets this program apart. My CSM, Scott, has been there every step of the way, keeping me accountable and on track. I get weekly 1:1 meetings with him as well as Office Hour opportunities. I didn't see this amongst most competitors. Certified Vendor List: The program provides access to vetted vendors, including lawyers, CPAs, and interior designers, which removes much of the guesswork. Worth Every Penny: While this program is the most expensive among competitors I researched, the value far outweighs the cost. Community: You get access to the community within the learning platform as well as a private Facebook group. You also meet people on calls and during office hours. The community support is so needed. Overcoming Overwhelm: Starting a business in the STR space can feel daunting, but this program breaks it down into actionable steps, making it achievable. Ask yourself this: Where will you be six months from now if you have no support or guidance in starting your STR business? Thanks to BNB Investor Academy, I finally made my dream a reality, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

My wife and I are very busy with our full time jobs and raising 3 children all of which do extra curricular activities. We always wanted to learn and get into real estate investing, specifically STRs. We were very skeptical about spending the money for coaching at first but I'm very glad we did. The program really helped us learn at our own pace with our busy schedules and the coaching and help from them really pushed us to succeed. I don't think we would have ever started our STR journey without the class and coaching we received from them.

The BNB investor Academy is EXACTLY what we needed! My husband and I both work full time and are busy raising our 2 young children. We knew we wanted to invest in real estate (STRs specifically) in order to generate passive income, increase our asset portfolio and reduce our tax liability but had ZERO TIME to learn the industry and how it works. The program gives you the tools to identify a property, buy a property, design a property and launch in 6 months. Michael’s videos are a great resource, and Logan’s network in realtors and mortgage brokers across the US are unmatched, but nothing compares to your CSM. Fern guided us every step of the way, provided critical insight and advice and was our own personal cheerleader ensuring we were successful. Could we have done this ourselves? Sure. But it would’ve probably been 10 years from now with a lot of financial mistakes made along the way!

This program feels like a cheat code to investing in short term rentals. It will help you fast track your success and avoid costly mistakes. You also get coaches who help you every step of the way... If you're serious about investing in STR's this program is an absolute must.

This program completely changed how me and my partner think about real estate investing. We were able to buy a great property and we are working on getting it listed using the strategies and techniques from BnB Academy. It has been a lot of work and it's much harder than most people think, but well worth it. And while the price of the program feels steep, look at it like getting your Masters in Short Term Rental investing. We are glad we joined this program.

STR investing was a venture i have been targeting for a while. It was tiresome trying to figure out where to start, what to look for etc.. I am a very “visual” learner. I would spend hours on you tube and other sites trying to pin down the correct way to make this worth the time and money. I have followed Micheal on social media for a while and he is exactly how he seems in his videos. Very interactive and full of knowledge. Speaks loudly about a person that is just trying to help others(He doesn’t need to do this). That being said, My CSM, Kyle has been a great listener and an even better mentor. I tend to get off track looking in different directions when searching for my first Airbnb and he keeps me in line! (Exactly what I Need). Would recommend if you are ready to change your life!

BnB Academy is an invaluable investment, equipping you with essential tools to master short-term rental (STR) investment strategies that remain with you for a lifetime. What stands out most are the daily Client Success Manager (CSM) calls, which provide a unique opportunity to ask any questions and dive deep into as many deals as you wish. My CSM, Kyle, is exceptional—always just a call away, ready to offer insightful advice and support whenever we need it. Additionally, shout-out to Michael, who always stretches his office hours to ensure that every student receives answers to their questions. The commitment to student success at BnB Academy is truly remarkable!
