BNB Investor Academy gave me the practical knowledge I needed to go from zero to execution. I learned how to identify strong markets, project earnings, evaluate competitive properties, navigate the home-buying process, furnish strategically, and list confidently on both Airbnb and VRBO. The clearest proof of the program’s value is that I successfully did all of this myself. One of the major strengths of the Academy is access to experienced investors. At any point, you can join live calls to discuss markets, pricing strategies, or challenges you’re facing and get real-time feedback. What truly made the experience stand out for me was my coach, Arno. He was consistently kind, attentive, and proactive — often reaching out on his own to check in and offer guidance. His support made the process feel manageable and genuinely positive. This program is best suited for people who feel reasonably comfortable taking the step to purchase a property, secure financing, or partner with someone who can. For those ready to take action, it delivers exactly what it promises.

There are a ton of resources when you join BNB Investor Academy. There’s probably more information and support I have yet to discover. For me, the most valuable part has been the relationship with my Client Success Manager, Marsh McClure. He helped me take the information I was learning and putting it into action. This was my first experience buying and setting up a short term rental. There was a lot of stress and fear walking into the unknown, but Marsh was with me every step of the way. Within two months of joining the Academy we had a contract on our first house. We closed and got our design back toward the end of November and then worked with blazing speed and efficiency to get our first bookings before the end of the year. I couldn’t have done it without the information and support of BNB Investor Academy and Marsh McClure. We are now about 1 month in after going live with over 20 bookings, a “guest favorite” status and multiple 5 star reviews. We are looking forward to a profitable 2026. My experience with BNB Investor Academy has been very positive. I was intimidated at first but the STR skool learning criculum teaches you everything you need to know about STR. My CSM, Dante has been amazing, answering questions and guiding me through the process. Great experience and highly recommend.
