Dealership likes to send you offers to upgrade a vehicle which you no longer own, denies selling your info to third parties selling extended warranty contracts. The vehicle in question was totaled in an accident and they should be aware of this as their body shop attempted repair and thus, ended up totaling it.. They apparently think it's ok to yell/raise their voice to their customers, Lou Camerota in particular. He thinks its ok to raise his voice/harass you off dealership lot. I was approached by him outside the dealership in the rain while walking home after dropping off my car service, I did not have time to argue about the source of the mailings, he proceeded to follow me off the lot and make provoking comments..... Saying maybe I should take my car elsewhere for service, leave it there. He followed me a good 45-50 feet off dealership lot, ended the harassment by yelling not to contact them again and a very loud goodbye, he could be heard across the street at ATT store, a store rep approached me and asked what was going on. He chose to approach me outside in the rain rather than inside in front of witnesses which is shady to say the least..From past negative experience including a failed extortion attempt by the prior sales manager, Elias, I no longer do business with this dealership. Elias stated I was putting 2500 down and only 1500 would show, give him the 1k difference in cash...This place is a small dealership and very unprofessional, stay away
