Excellent service
I recently bought a specific Lasher Craftsman handsaw, which almost no-one appears to have in stock anymore but was still listed on the BMG World website. I was sorely disappointed when the product that was delivered was a cheaper product from a different series, and quite irritated when my initial email elicited no response. However, after I tried again my email was forwarded to Mekeisha Mansfield of the Johannesburg division (I am in KZN) who promised me to either refund my money including shipping cost, or locate the proper product for me if possible. I chose the latter. I'm not sure how she did it, but the proper saw (who knows, maybe the last one available in SA?) arrived this morning. I am a VERY happy customer. Thank you, Mekeisha, for going the extra mile and then some!
