I ordered 4 market umbrellas. They were minimumly damaged during shipment. Broken or missing parts of hardware. Upon notification of our receiving, they promptly responded and engaged me in solutions. They were professional and stayed in touch. I seldom had to initiate communication! The Deck Box I received from Bluu is great! Would highly recommend! Extremely sturdy and weather tight. Looks very nice. Great to have option to use it for additional seating. A little challenging to put together, but the two of us managed. A rubber mallet was helpful.

Received umbrella which had one damaged arm. Noman with Customer Service was quick to resolve and very helpful. Excellent Customer Service. Received the replacement umbrella is a shipping box that was falling apart. One end was completely open. Haven't inspected to see if this replacement umbrella is damaged or not. Either way I am confident that Noman will make things right.
