I ordered 4 sun brellas beige in color. 3 arrived with 1 shattered finial. 4 days later the 4th sun brella arrived. It was a damaged package split opened at one end with damaged umbrella shaft and the finial was missing completely. 50% of the purchase was damaged in some way. Unacceptable. I have communicated with a customer service person who said they would send another finial when supplies were stocked. Uncertain of replacement timing.
