My recent experience was less than optimal with Bluu. I ordered counterweights for an umbrella. They were more expensive, but they looked like good ones. Promised 2-6 day delivery. Ordered and paid within a few minutes via cc. Didn't show after 2 days, 4 days or 6 days. I tried to track order but there's no tracking. I also tried to contact but cust. serv. is limited to emails. First two emails went unanswered. I sent a third to the sales department and they told me that they were out of stock and didn't know when they would be in but "they were working on the problem." Cancelled order but, again, only available via email and again no response.

Return policy is horrible. They send it in the original flimsy box and say it can't be returned if the box is in any way damaged. Send lots of pictures and wait for an answer

Bought a mobile base from Bluu directly. The product was missing parts and they gave me a credit to buy the screws. But then after a few short months of outdoor use, the product became rusted and damaged my outdoor pavers. Company offered 30 dollar credit. Pathetic, I want a full refund for the garbage product they sold me. Bad quality and bad service. Beware and don't buy from them, the return policy is non existent and you have to pay to ship items back to them.

The parcel was damaged and I informed support at bluu and asked the procedure to return and get a replacement on 1/23/22 and have not heard from bluu

After 2 uses the ignitor stopped working. Customer service refuses to acknowledge the failure and replace the defective item and blames the user Update: Management stepped in and apologized for the run around. A replacement was sent and it works fine.

Do not buy from this company I can’t put together with missing parts They don’t want to warranty there product I have a replacement umbrella that I can’t use do to missing parts Customer Service is slow and won’t respond to my emails Both were sent with a damaged Umbrellas Box missing parts These umbrellas are to heavy to return It cost too much for shipping So I have two umbrellas that I can’t use.

My Box lid is flimsy to the point that the corners are warping up. The lids do not touch any of the walls of the box. I was under the impression that the lid sat on the side walls which would prevent pests such as snakes from entering.

Thus far I give the company a 1-star rating for the simple reason that I received my 9' x 9' umbrella without instructions and without any of the hardware (e.g. screws). There is absolutely no number that I can find to give them a call and speak with a live human being. I did send an email and have yet to hear from them. Happy to upgrade the rating once I expediently/quickly receive a response from the company and more importantly my missing parts. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY IS READING THIS REVIEW AND CARES.
