To start, this person never contacted me. I searched my e-mail (including trash, spam and all folders) to see if there were any e-mails sent. Sorry the items you wanted were not in-stock. I can only stock what is available to me. I am always looking to get out of print titles, but that is exactly what they are, out of print; therefore they are not easy to acquire. I'm not sure how because I can't stock titles that no one else can stock I am penalized.

The only order this person made was for an empty 3-disc case and I don't have any indications the order went wrong. They never ordered Reservoir Dogs 4K and. I don't sell or have many DVD's lying around in general.

He edited his review after being caught in a lie. And if you don't want to leave a review about your order experience then don't leave a review at all. Funny how you say you don't like my "spam" (2 e-mails in a 4 year span just if you want to leave a review) but then spam this page. Original review: Very negative experience with your company. You sent me a review request when I didn't order anything. Thank you for spamming my inbox. I actually do have an order from you on 03/09/2018 for a digital code. I'm not sure why you left a review then if you didn't think you order anything. I sent out requests to all customers who placed an order with me and nothing seems to have gone wrong in the order, so not sure why I got a 1 star review for sending your digital code with no issues.

Sorry I took so long in responding and shipping out your items. My only issue is this e-mail does not have an order with my website and then the name you are responding with "Anson" I do not have a single person with that specific name first or last name on my website. And you may personally think they prices are overpriced, but the several other reviews do not reflect your opinion.

All shipments US or International are just based on the weight of the product(s) ordered. They are the exact shipping rates I pay. My guess looking back on the order this must have been when I was no longer able to get shipping rates for First Class at the lower costs I did in the past. Literally the shipping rates I was getting were just not allowed one day. My guess is I contacted the seller about the new shipping rates and they didn't want to pay the new shipping rate. Which is perfectly fine and so the order was cancelled. The shipping cost on my end would have cost me more than the order total.

Not sure what happened as I see you did make a purchase that seems to have gone fine. Sorry to hear you feel that way. I manly sell items that are hard to find. Sadly I do not produce anything, yet, and so prices are based on current price rates. I will continue to try and make sure I have competitive prices for what is available. I understand you might think things are high priced here but several other reviews do say differently.

Sorry things did not work out well and I didn't communicate well. I do not know the exact situation and wish I could maybe help more and learn more or specifically know what happened as there are customers who try to work the system and walk all over me for refunds.

I do not have a Katlynn Cullen as a customer in my entire database. I do have someone with the last name Cullen who I had to ban for e-mailing me several times every day and being overly picky about slips. Ban happened somewhere in the 05/2021-06/2021.
