I'm not sure what you mean? You probably need to be more specific for 1 Star. It is correct that I do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items.

Exactly as I stated and he stated as well. Buyer filed a Paypal claim, buyer was refunded the amount of the claim and the order is cancelled.

Paid extra around 8$ more for a mint steelbook and was sent one with rips throughout the plastic and visible dent, jammed in a tight protector. Kept it since returning and everything is a hassle.

So damaged that you cant find the time to return it? But can leave a review about it. Guessing a little more to the story. Customer never contacted me about the item/order and was never even able to resolve anything.

Never got the code for the movie even though it was out on digital already.
Response from Blurays For EveryoneJun 13, 2023
It's 100% not out on digital from me. VUDU carries it exclusively. I have pre-order in the title and description and TBA as the release date of the digital code, which means To Be Announced as I don't even know the release date of which I am able to get the digital code. Please read the description before buying.

Order not fulfilled. Had to have the charge reversed by credit card company

Seller wanted to cancel order and was refunded by me, not a credit card company actually.

Ugh, this guy. Not very friendly, acts super entitled like we’re lucky to be buying stuff from him. Took over a month to ship my order and I literally had to check in new remind him multiple times. Arrived with a small dent and was basically told “oh well”. Actual date of experience may not be accurate as it was a while ago and I just received this request to complete a review like a year later and clearly have not returned as a customer, which I think says everything you need to know! He’s also “heral-jess” or something on eBay and you’ll get the same attitude there. Avoid.

Sorry for your experience. In case it's incorrect, actual date of order was 05/13/2021 and then the item shipped 06/11/2021. During covid (I didn't get fully caught up on order demand during covid until 2022) I had so many orders coming through because so many titles were going in and out of stock (this was happening on all websites) due to supply issues. And depending on the order I could be about a month behind, but anyone who contacted me I shipped there items right after them contacting me. This customer ordered a premium full slip SteelBook, so I can not see anything of the steel except the spine. I also can not accept returns of any products opened when shipped sealed. This is not only my policy but several other large companies policy. I also do not produce any products so I can't always send replacements.

This is a totally shady business run by a single greedy seller named Cliff Loker. He puts limits on the "HOT" items but doesn't indicate anywhere on his site that there is a limit of one item per customer, and that is absolutely unfair and confusing and frustrating to customers. I ordered 3 copies of a steelbook from him because I ended up missing out on ordering them from Best Buy, where I always order from. I chose Priority Small Box as the shipping option because that was the lowest price option available. Had he bothered to inform me that there was a limit, I could have saved money by just ordering the one copy and choosing regular mail or media mail to ship. And he already collects payment as soon as the order is placed, so I was charged for all 3 steelbooks and I was obviously upset when I received only 1. I had to call him in order to find out what happened. Luckily, he refunded me for the steelbooks he never sent but he still never bothered to notify me about the situation after the order was placed. This guy Cliff is a total scammer and bait-and-switcher and he definitely made some money off me. This was my first experience ordering from him but I will definitely not be doing so again and I encourage everyone else who is a serious collector like me to avoid buying from him at all costs!

Sorry that I was unable to secure enough copies of a limited edition for you. Sometimes in order to supply all my customers who placed an order for a specific product I have to limit people who are buying multiple. I refunded you the difference to resolve the issue.

Don’t charge us so much for shipping
Response from Blurays For EveryoneDec 3, 2022
I literally have no control over this. I give the exact same prices I get to my customers. I understand International shipping is not always cheap. This person was trying to buy something that was large and 20lbs in weight. These are things I can not control.
