Very bad broker didn’t give my money

He intentado ser lo mas profesional en cuanto a "Confiar" en el proceso y profesionalismo de este "Broker". Pero mi paciencia llega a un límite. He buscado la forma de antes de dejar esta reseña ver de que forma puedo contactarlos pero mis intentos han fracasado. Desde el día 9 de mayo del 2025 solicite un pago de $5,050 dólares el cual fue APROBADO para su retiro y este NUNCA ME LLEGO. El día 13 de mayo del 2025 había solicitado otro pago de $3,225 el cual este broker ME APROBO, pero como el primer pago nunca me llego... Llevo 4 meses intentando de una forma u otra comunicarme con el equipo de BWM pero nadie me responde. He enviado mensajes desde la plataforma, he escrito email al correo happy@, le he escrito al que tengo entendido es el CEO y nadie me responde. Para mi es una falta de ETICA profesional, de momento de la nada dejar de responderle a sus clientes y mas en un proceso tan delicado como deberles pagos aprobados. En Mayo 17 fue mi primer mensaje a soporte. En Junio 9 fue mi segundo mensaje a soporte. En Julio 2 fue mi tercer mensaje a soporte. En Julio 27 fue mi cuarto mensaje a soporte. Nadie responde. Logre tener un contacto con una representante por Whatsapp. Ella me respondio diciendo que los pagos estaban aguantados por el proveedor de liquidez pero que en 1 o 2 meses serian liberados y que SI ME LOS VAN A PAGAR. La representante procede a bloquearme de Whatsapp. No estamos hablando de $100 USD, estamos hablando de mas de $8,250 dolares. Que demomento no han tenido el profesionalismo de responderme un mensaje brindandome algún STATUS de mis PAGOS APROBADOS. Por esta razón mas que fundamentada y posiblemente sea la RESEÑA mas sincera que habrá aquí es que escribo esto. Es una pena, le tenia gran respeto a este broker y al que entiendo era su CEO. NO LO RECOMIENDO. POR FAVOR EQUIPO DE BWM, PONGANSE EN CONTACTO CONMIGO PARA DEJARME SABER EN QUE MOMENTO ME ENVIARAN MIS DOS PAGOS APROBADOS. Gracias por su atención.

Scam Company. I deposited 500$ and made profit 700$ and try to withdraw 500$. at website approved but never enter to my cyrpto wallet. they no have proof deposit to my crypto wallet. better to avoid this company

I regret to report that this broker has effectively stolen my hard-earned money, as well as funds belonging to my clients. They abruptly blocked access to my personal account, leaving me completely unable to retrieve any of the funds. To make matters worse, this broker appears to operate without any regulatory oversight. After realizing the extent of the misconduct, we have contacted the relevant authorities in both the United States and Mexico. We are fully committed to pursuing all available legal and regulatory avenues to recover our funds and hold those responsible accountable.

Hace aproximadamente 1 mes mi hermano metió capital con ellos y ya van 3 veces que le niegan el retiro sin fundamento alguno. Investigamos un poco más a fondo y el bróker no está regulado. Si ustedes buscan entrar con este broker no esperen que les ofrezcan la calidad de un bróker regulado. Preferible pagar un poco más de comisión/spread que andar batallando con retiros.

Respecto a su programa de fondeo, me quitan la cuenta y no son capaces ni de contestar a mis mensajes ni de mandarme un mensaje del motivo por el que se me quito la cuenta. Nula atención al cliente.

Personalmente no la recomiendo, broker que no esta regulado, fue un problema para poder hacer el retiro, la atención pésima, comisiones por lote en los indices exageradas, para nada recomendable.
