Regarding the charge you've inquired about, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. The fee of $89 is associated with the annual subscription that is part of the BlueSteps Membership terms, which you agreed to upon your purchase. Your membership commenced on October 14, 2015, initiating the subscription period. The most recent charge you mentioned, dated September 16, 2022, was indeed processed in line with this subscription. However, we want to confirm that this charge was also reversed on the same day, as your subscription was cancelled. We can assure you that there have been no further charges since that date and there will be none forthcoming as the subscription has been terminated. Despite the end of your premium subscription, we are pleased to inform you that you will continue to have access to your Profile and our extensive archive of webinars. Please note, however, that access to the features available under the premium subscription will no longer be included. We hope this explanation helps to resolve any confusion regarding the charges.
