Good service, but no customer service contact at all
I have been a member of Bluesteps for over five years and paid for a lifetime membership. It is useful specially for professional development and trainings.
However, they randomly turned off my membership access last year and I have been trying unsuccessfully to reactivate it. They do NOT have any customer service department and it is NOT possible to contact them at any cost.

Why you should pay us money...
The whole webinar was why AI is bad and why you should pay a resume writer. There were no actual tips or tricks or anything useful.

No bluesteps.com !!!
At Bluesteps.com it seems to be all about the money. I have a 300USD subscription and now had to pay an additional fee of 120USD for reactivating my original subscription for same period.
After many emails to ask for support: NO RESPONSE!!
So watch out, you pay a lot (!) for little value that you can get at most headhunters for free

Lack of customer service
1-Star Review for BlueSteps
I’m disappointed to have to leave this review, but I’ve had no response to multiple emails regarding a refund request. I reached out within 24 hours of purchase (before the sale is considered final), well within the stated 7-day refund period, yet I have not received any acknowledgment or action.
I was wrongly charged $120 in addition to the $278.40 initial charge with no explanation for the extra charge. Despite multiple follow-ups over several days, I have yet to receive even an acknowledgment, let alone my refund of both charges .
I just need someone to process the refund as per the policy. I’d appreciate it if a member of the team could get in touch and resolve this.

It's been 1.5 months. My account inactive and no one is helping
I subscribed to BlueSteps in mid-December 2024 based on a colleague’s recommendation. Shortly after subscribing, I received a solicitation call for a $5,000 coaching service. However, beyond that, I never received any further communication or guidance on how to use the service.
One of my main concerns has been the lack of customer support. There is no direct number to call, and emails to support at bluesteps.com asking for clarification on the services provided or requesting a refund have gone unanswered. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my subscription, hoping to receive a refund. Didn't receive the refund.
After discussing with my colleague again, he assured me that I simply needed to upload my resume and that the service would work without paying the additional $5,000. Based on this, I reached out to support again, but once more, received no response. Eventually, I messaged the Managing Director, stating that if the issue persists, I would report the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). A few days later, my account showed as active, but I still haven’t received a single call or opportunity in over 1.5 months.
Adding to the frustration, every time I log in, I am asked to reactivate my subscription, and messages to support continue to go unanswered. I also tried looking up the business on BBB, but couldn’t find a listing. Their website does not provide a clear business address either, raising concerns about transparency.
At this point, my experience makes me question the legitimacy of the service. I want to share this so others can make an informed decision before spending their money. If anyone has had a different experience or knows how to get real value from the platform, I’d appreciate the insight.
In reply to the response below:
Thank you for reinstating my account. I appreciate the help. I scheduled the coaching call because I was unaware of the additional $5,000 fee on top of the subscription, as it was not clearly communicated. That said, I believe there is room for improvement in customer support. I had to escalate the issue to the Managing Director to get my account reinstated, but I never received confirmation from them after reinstating. It wasn’t until I posted on Trustpilot that I finally got a response. Hopefully, Trustpilot isn’t considered your primary customer support channel!

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Please rest assured that no one associated with BlueSteps has solicited you.
Our records show that you scheduled and completed a free consultation with a coach on December 17th as part of your membership. Following that, you reached out with a request for a proposal, which the coach was happy to provide. This was not an unsolicited outreach.
Even though you canceled your subscription, we reinstated your access as a courtesy, so you still have full access to all membership resources. If you’re having trouble viewing them, we recommend clearing your browser cache, and we’re happy to help if you need further assistance.
Regarding job opportunities, BlueSteps provides access to listings and career resources, but we don’t guarantee contact from recruiters or employers. Like any candidate, actively applying to jobs is an important step in the process. The coaching service you inquired about is designed to support you in this journey.
We hope this helps clarify, and we truly appreciate your time with us. Wishing you the best in your job search!

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Trying to get a refund for a cancelled membership and it’s being completely ignored.
