Solid, not spectacular
Very limited interaction. 10-15 minute initial chat. Paid quickly. Then a long time lag. Form sent to me to fill out. Returned same day. Another long lag. No further attempt to get to know me or my concerns. Sent me the requested materials - resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, executive bio. Overall they were a definite improvement over what I had. Asked one final favor - to review my updates to my LinkedIn profile to ensure they reflected what the advisor suggested. They said they would review and never got back to me. So final output was good but I was expecting a more personalized and advisory type of experience.
