Most of the postings for opportunities are often very aged. Their resume review looks as if they put it through an ai engine with little insight or real perspective that is individual based, any value add webinar has an incremental charge. You'd do better with a paid AI agent or another service.

Hi Casey, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding the job board, we receive new and private executive opportunities on an ongoing basis and update listings regularly. If you're seeing older postings, it may be worth adjusting the filters you're using, as they can affect which opportunities are displayed. As for the Resume Review, it is intentionally AI-powered and marketed as exactly that. We developed it in response to member demand for a more accessible and cost-effective solution, using the same type of AI technology that many executive search firms and employers use to screen resumes. Its purpose is to help executives understand how those systems may evaluate their resumes and identify opportunities for improvement. BlueSteps has always been transparent about leveraging AI where it adds value, and we believe equipping executives with the tools used in today's hiring landscape is an important part of helping them stay competitive. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your executive career journey.

Paid for the service, created my account, and uploaded my resume. When I went back to sign into my account, they sent a code to my email as part of the sign on process. I never receive that code and therefore unable to access my account. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone and email. They never respond or answer the calls. Very shady, I'm starting to suspect this place is a scam. UPDATE (June 2026): After posting this, BlueSteps completely ghosted both me and my payment processor. I had to file a formal dispute, and because BlueSteps failed to even respond to the financial institution, they immediately forced a refund. BlueSteps' reply below is pure deflection. My email is a standard Gmail account and spam folders were thoroughly checked. If a “premium” platform's transactional OTP emails can't reach a basic Gmail inbox, it means BlueSteps has poorly configured email authentication records or Google their blacklisted domain. That’s a BlueSteps infrastructure failure, not a user issue. Furthermore, their response completely ignores the fact that they refuse to answer their phones, and expecting paying clients to route customer service issues through LinkedIn DMs is highly unprofessional. They didn’t even respond to a major financial institution contacting them on a formal investigation. Do not waste your money here.

Hi, We're sorry to hear you've had this experience. Based on what you've described, it sounds like there may be an issue with your inbox or email provider preventing our messages from reaching you. If the one-time passcode (OTP) emails aren't being delivered, it's possible that our customer service responses aren't reaching you either. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please send a direct message to the **BlueSteps LinkedIn page** with your name and the email address associated with your account. For users experiencing inbox issues, LinkedIn messages are often the fastest way for us to connect and provide support. We'll work with you directly to get your account access restored as soon as possible.

This is one of the worst services I have ever found. No reply to ANY of my (x8) requests to support after less than 2 minutes ago mistakenly signing up for a programme. Not even a reply to tell me 'sorry, we are keeping your money either way'. Never falling for this again.

Pay to join club but there's nothing of value. I joined to get exposed to more executive level roles but quickly realized there's not much value for someone at the exectuive level. The advice is all things I've heard before... could be useful for mid-level managers. Definitely not worth the price considering you have to pay for more "features" after already paying the $400 annual member fee. Shady practices.

They still can spamming even though I repeatedly asked to delete all my data from their systems. This has been reported to European authorities already as they are clear in breach of GDPR. Will now also write a negative review every single day until the company complies.

Hello Ty, I apologize that no one from our customer service team has gotten back to you on this. Can you please email me at [email protected] and I will take a look into your case personally. Thank you, -Vamsi

I cancelled this membership after realizing how useless it was, especially at this price point. Then, despite numerous attempts, I still can't get them to stop charging me! It's pointless to pay to get access to a database of jobs that are posted everywhere and ones that you never get a response to, even after applying.

It's a scam. This website doesn't offer anything valuable
