Simeon was incredibly helpful in helping me hone in on my 27 years of experience and identify where my strengths are and what I've accomplished, which is tough to do when you have been at the same company for that long. Since updating my LinkedIn I have received several compliments from recruiters and hiring managers on what a great profile I have...all thanks to Simeon! Separately to those who have not had success using the Blue Steps recruiting platform. I did not use it but I understood that the site is meant to connect you to recruiters for future roles, as they may not have something immediately for you in your area. I understood it that this site helps you make connections & develop relationships for future opptys and to also help those same recruiters find talent for other roles, it should be treated like any other relationship: be communicative and ask what you can do for them, be committed for the long term. The webinars they have hosted with recruiters have been very informative and have helped me as I've worked with other recruiters who reached out to me via LinkedIn....because of my awesome profile Simeon did!
