Whenever I placed an order, it was shipped and arrived quickly, and when I needed to dispute some of the items in one order, customer service representative was very responsive, updating me about the case daily and provided solution within days. Every other order was just as described or better. I am very confident that what I purchase through Blue Lots is what I will be getting, and if there is a discrepancy, they have my back.
